Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and restaurant environment. This position requires a strong focus on food safety, customer service, and efficient time management. The Associate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and sanitation practices comply with health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all safety protocols while operating kitchen equipment. Perform basic math calculations for portioning and inventory purposes.

Qualifications

Ability to speak Turkish is an asset Basic math skills for accurate measurement and portioning of food items. Experience in food preparation or handling is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
