Zimmer Air Services Inc. is seeking a Professional Turbine Ag Pilot for the 2026 spray season. Flying duties include forestry and agriculture applications in Saskatchewan. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilot to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, exceptional flying skills, and the ability to navigate complex flight operations. This role requires excellent communication skills in English as well as a solid understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities
Be a Canadian Resident or able to work in Canada under a Visa
Have a Provincial Aerial Pesticide License and Commercial Pilots License
Have a clean flying record and record to demonstrate. 1,000 Hours Total Time and 500hrs experience on turbine, tail dragger ag aircraft
Be proficient with Satloc G4/Ag Nav Platinum Spray Guidance Systems or equivalent
Be available for the entire season, or part thereof from Apr 1-Oct 30, 2026
Be proficient in both reading and writing in English Level 5
Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions regarding flight paths.
Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.
Stay current with industry regulations, training requirements, and technological advancements.
Skills
Pilot Thrush 510P, Air Tractor 502 aircraft on agriculture and forestry spray programs
Maintain accurate journey logs, and Pilot Work Orders
Carry out minor maintenance and servicing of aircraft
Proficiency in English
Excellent math skills for navigation and calculations during flights.
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is beneficial.
Leadership abilities to supervise crew members effectively.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
