Corporate EventResponsibilities
Overall program coordination and primary point of contact.
Manage internal communications regarding the program, answering ongoing questions from employees and candidates/students.
Program promotion and employee training, developing new training materials as required.
Verification of PABE applications and employee eligibility, ensuring strict application of program criteria.
Contact with universities, colleges and other institutions as required.
Coordination with various internal stakeholders (accounts payable, payroll, etc.) on key stages of the process.Qualifications
Minimum 3 years\' experience in a similar role.
Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
Background in administration/management.
Experience in a university or college admissions department considered an asset.
Ability to manage several files at once.
Organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive;
