TSF Operations Posting Coordinator, Bell Media
The TSF Operations Posting Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinator the weekly posting workload activity and the timely dispatching to the respective contracted maintenance provider. The TSF Operations Posting Coordinator is also responsible for following up with the maintenance provider to ensure timely work order closure according to defined service level agreements.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Receives and schedules the weekly posting workload.
  • Dispatches work orders to posting resource provider resources
  • Monitors work order completion with all posting resource provider to ensure that posting work orders are completed in a timely matter
  • Dispatches posting maintenance work orders to maintenance resource provider resources.
  • Root cause determination and corrective actions for overdue work orders through analysis of work order constraints (internal and external)
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
  • Assists the TSF Operations Manager, or designate, in various projects and tasks
  • Provides back up coverage to the TSF Operations Coordinator during planned and unplanned absences

Qualifications / Competencies:
  • Prior operational experience in a work order based system environment, an asset
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, MS Office, Quattro, SAP, etc.)
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Task orientated with high attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive required actions
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • A strong knowledge of the City and its internal geographical boundaries
  • College / University education, an asset
