Job Description


We are looking for a meticulous Trust and Safety Specialist to join our highly specialized team. The Trust and Safety team plays an important role within our organization in ensuring that our high-traffic platforms are safe, secure and that legal requirements are met.

What you will be doing:

  • Review and process requests from legal or law enforcement authorities for content and/or user information in an accurate, efficient, and timely
  • Accurately track requests as well as action content and/or users appropriately, where necessary
  • Provide weekly as well as monthly reports on legal requests, taking the time to identify trends, communicate any potential issues and/or areas for improvement.
  • Conduct bi-weekly audits of past requests and associated accounts.
  • Assist with reporting incidents relating to child safety or other incidents to relevant law enforcement and/or non-governmental agencies.
  • Assist with media monitoring to locate potential abusive individuals or content on our platforms.
What you\'ll need to be successful:

Must haves:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the internet trust & safety space (Experience in reviewing, documenting, and tracking legal requests is preferred).
  • Experience in escalating potential problems and anomalies as they arise, and in communicating the aforementioned in an effective manner.
  • Experience working with a large volume of tasks and projects on a daily basis.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, outlook, and Excel.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, creative, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and adaptable to ensure team efficiency and deliverables are met.
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Excellent communicator, and will maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with teammates and cross-functional team.
  • Mature professional who understands that your role may involve exposure to sensitive and graphic content, including but not limited to, vulgar language, sexually explicit content, and other graphic content.
