Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Truss Manufacturing Team. As a Truss Team Member, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, assembling truss components, and ensuring product quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality truss packages.

Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Operate truss table machinery to fabricate truss components according to specifications. Assemble truss components accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Inspect truss components for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in truss manufacturing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or construction preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Medium to heavy lifting is a major component of this position.
