We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truss Builder/ Assembler to join our team!

As a Truss Assembler/Builder, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and constructing various structures and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using power tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Truss Assembly and Construction: Accurately assemble trusses as per specifications and blueprints. Quality Assurance: Ensure all trusses meet quality standards and are constructed according to safety regulations. Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery and tools necessary for truss building, including saws, presses, and other equipment. Material Handling: Load and unload materials, and organize them for efficient assembly. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area. Troubleshooting: Identify and help to resolve issues with truss assembly or machinery.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in truss building or a related field considered a plus. Knowledge of carpentry, construction, or woodworking. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for prolonged periods.

Skills:

Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management. Effective communication skills for team collaboration. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues during the building process. Awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
