We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Truss Builder to join our team. As a Truss Builder, you will be responsible for constructing various types of trusses according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine truss specifications. Measure and cut lumber to precise dimensions using hand and power tools. Assemble truss components according to layout and assembly diagrams. Ensure that all trusses meet quality standards and project requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Truss Builder or similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform calculations accurately. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in carpentry or a related field. Experience operating woodworking machinery.
