Shifts: 7am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm. Work Wed \xe2\x80\x93 Sat. Off Sun. Work Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs. Off Fri \xe2\x80\x93 Tues. OT available.

Requirements:

• Red Seal or SK Journeyman Truck Mechanic certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years directly related experience (experienced Apprentices will be considered)
• Experience with truck and trailer maintenance
• Engines, diagnostics & emissions
• Polite professional attitude with a high regard for safety
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• CVIP License an asset
• Criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening are required
• Must have own tools

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose,service and repair all systems and components of transport trucks and trailers.
• Service, adjust, repair or replace parts and components
• Read and understand work orders, task procedures, and interpret technical manuals.
• Write work orders and diagnose the cause of failures.
• Perform inspections as per the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program only if licensed to do so
• Other duties as required
