Truck Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the evaluation and prioritization of projects to ensure timely completion. Manage the procurement of parts and materials, ensuring availability for all scheduled work. Coordinate and schedule manpower and resources effectively to meet operational demands. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulic systems. Solid mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. Experience in leading a team, with a focus on resource management and performance improvement. Commitment to safety and operational efficiency. Posses a Mechanical Trade Certificate or Engineering Technology Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
