Job Description

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Truck Mechanic Team Leader for its Boucherville workshop.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

As Mechanic Team Leader:

Be in charge of supervising his team
Ensure equipment compliance
Assist the operations department and the roadside breakdown service
Perform closing of work orders as well as verification and inspection of parts
Perform quality audits on equipment
Occasionally assist mechanics in the repair of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment
Make close follow-ups with the various internal clients as well as his supervisors.

In order to join Groupe Robert\'s team, you must have:

As Mechanic Team Leader:

DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics
Minimum of 4 years of experience in truck mechanics
Experience in team management (asset)
PEP card (asset)
Welding experience
Resourceful person, who has leadership and interpersonal skills
