Truck Drivers Class 1 (bc Ab)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Must be punctual and responsible for delivery on time.
- Safely and efficiently operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, Flat bed experience is Plus.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record with minimum 2 years experience of Class 1 driving.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Proficient in automotive repair and maintenance to handle minor repairs on the truck as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatch, customers, and other drivers on the road
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the road
- Strong attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and safe driving practices

You must have minimum 1 years class 1 driving experience due to Cargo insurance requirements.

Pay bi weekly by etransfer. First Pay after 3 weeks then every 2 weeks (Friday Night)
All trucks are 2016 and upper Volvo/Cascadia bunk trucks, automatic transmissions,well maintained and in Excellent conditions.
Scale By Pass Transponders in all trucks.
