We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting construction machines safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage freight effectively. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their deliveries on time.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as necessary.

Skills

Proficient in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly forklifts. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures. Basic knowledge of automotive repair techniques. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and compliance with safety regulations.
