Ready Mix Truck Driver
to work out of our plant in
Antigonish
, Nova Scotia.

You'll bring to the job:
A valid Class 3A or Class 1 driver's license.
At least 3 years truck driving experience.
Experience operating a manual transmission truck.
A focus on customer service using interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, and commitment to quality standards.
Demonstrated record of safe driving and adhering to safety guidelines.
Experience dealing with contractors, job site conditions, company safety policies, and customer delivery systems.
Good physical condition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving in a safe and courteous manner to and from job sites.
Monitoring the product to ensure it meets specifications upon delivery.
Adding products to the mix manually, when required.
Unloading the truck mixer of product under the direction of the customer.
Performing various administrative duties including submitting delivery slips to customers, collecting payments for deliveries, and others tasks.
Dealing with customers and the general public in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintaining a clean ready-mix truck and mixer, both inside and out.
Performing necessary pre-trip inspections, ensuring the unit meets all safety guidelines.
Maintaining an accurate log book.
