Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for distributing food products safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and customer service, along with the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

Duties

Safely operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo, utilizing necessary equipment Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on highways and local roads.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record is preferred. Familiarity with freight handling procedures and regulations. Ability to operate electric and other heavy equipment safely. Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
