Position Overview:

As a Dump Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting materials to and from construction sites. Your expertise in operating and maintaining dump trucks will ensure the efficient and safe delivery of materials, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and maneuver dump trucks to transport various construction materials.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure its proper functioning.

- Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate material deliveries.

- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and mileage covered.

Qualifications:

- Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Proven experience as a dump truck driver in a construction environment.

- Knowledge of proper loading and unloading procedures.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Requirements:

- Physical fitness for manual tasks related to loading and unloading.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

- Familiarity with the North Vancouver area and its surrounding regions.
