Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible Driver for a Freightliner Cascadia (semi) to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring delivery of formwork materials and equipment to various sites across Vancouver.

Responsibilities

Safely operate truck on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load / unload and transport formwork materials according to schedules. Communicate effectively with management, dispatch and yard workers to coordinate schedules and address any operational concerns. Knowledge oflogbook admin, delivery notes, cargo securement, and basic truck maintenance Provide quality customer service when delivering to clients and adhering to all site safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid

Class 1

Commercial Driver's Licence Air Brake Endorsement Experience operating

Freightliner Cascadia

Ability to pass a medical exam (if required) Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, with a commitment to safe driving practices. Experience in construction / formwork industry hauling (would be an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Clear driving & criminal record
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
