Job Description

We are looking for a part time driver(s) to fill in as needed, generally 2 days per week, but there are always more hours available for driver vacations, appointments, and sick days.

Brief job description:

We are a fast paced LTL cross border company with regular repeat customers, and we are very focused on providing excellent customer service. The driver is primarily responsible for the loading and offloading of their trucks. Our loads are mostly skidded freight (various commodities) with occasional tailgate deliveries and the rare . The average work day is 10.5 hours, but may run shorter or longer.

- an individual with strong attention to detail

cross border and GTA driving experience are beneficial but not required

We require:

*must be able to pass preemployment drug screening and remain part of a randomized drug testing pool

*must be able to cross the border with no restrictions at all times.

must have a valid Passport or be F.A.S.T. approved.
*must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

*must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

*must be licensed to drive a 26' D class truck.

*must be physically able to get in and out of the back of the truck safely under your own power. Must be able to move skids up to 1,200 lbs. using a manual pallet jack.

*must have a reasonably clean drivers abstract and C.V.O.R. for insurance purposes

*must be able to properly navigate with the help of a GPS
