We are looking to hire a responsible and outgoing individual to join our team. The candidate will take direction well and be capable of following safety guidelines when hauling the aggregate materials. We are seeking an individual with a understanding of how to use GPS,good communication skills, and a commitment to completing the tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Class 1 or 3 Driver's License

- Ability to operate loader, excavator and End Dump would be an asset

- Clean Driver's Abstract

- WHMIS, First Aid (training can be provided)

- Grease, wash truck weekly

(trucks have greasers)

- Schedule would be Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours weekly

- Wage to be discussed, depending on qualifications

- Willing to learn and work in a team environment

- work based out of tidnish NS/ Wallace NS / Amherst NS

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Amherst, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Commercial driving: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

English (required)
Licence/Certification:

Class 3 Licence (required)
