Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 3 Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves operating various types of trucks--including gravel trucks, water trucks, and vac trucks--on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

You will play a key role in supporting seasonal project needs, such as gravel hauling, water transport, and vac truck services.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles, including gravel, water, and vac trucks. Support seasonal operations, such as site watering, gravel hauling, and vacuum truck services as needed. Conductpre-trip and post-trip inspectionsto ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation of trips, including mileage, fuel use, service logs, and incident reports. Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors to coordinate site-specific tasks. Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on assigned vehicles. Follow all local and federal transportation and safety regulations.

Requirements

Valid class 3 drivers license is required. Proven experience operating gravel trucks, water trucks, and/or vac trucks is highly preferred. Familiarity with seasonal site work and job site protocols is an asset. Basic mechanical knowledge for addressing minor vehicle issues. Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
