We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight across various routes. Duties
Safely operate trucks for local or long-distance freight deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform basic maintenance or repairs as needed Secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and compliance with company policies Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered
Experience
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Prior experience in commercial driving or freight transportation preferred Knowledge of safety procedures related to freight handling and vehicle operation Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and vehicle maintenanceJob Type: Full-time
