Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our harvest crew for the 2025 season. You'll play a key role in transporting grain or other crops from the field to bins, elevators, or storage facilities. This is a fast-paced, hands-on job ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team during the busy harvest season. --- Key Responsibilities: Operate semi-trucks with grain trailers Haul crops from the field to storage sites efficiently and safely Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles Keep accurate records of loads and deliveries Assist with minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment Work closely with combine operators, grain cart drivers, and farm managers Follow all provincial road regulations and farm safety protocols Be flexible with long hours, weather delays, and changing work conditions --- Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver's license with clean abstract Previous farm driving or harvest experience preferred Ability to operate manual transmission trucks Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders when needed Knowledge of agricultural operations is an asset --- What We Offer: Competitive seasonal wages Supportive and respectful team environment Well-maintained equipment On-farm meals or meal allowance (optional) Potential for future seasonal work
