Job Overview: Experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers - Overland West (Brokered Runs)

Runs: BC to Alberta (Terminal-to-Terminal)

Schedule: Night Shifts Only

We are looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to run brokered linehaul trips with Overland West. This is terminal-to-terminal highway work with no customer pick-ups or deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive commercial truck and trailer on highways (Hwy 1, 3, 5, 16). No day shifts Only Night Runs. Complete scheduled runs between terminals: Kelowna, Kamloops, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Creston, Prince George, Edmonton, Calgary. Perform switches at Midway, BC and Clinton, BC. Dispatch send you Load at 5 PM ( Load released at 7-9 PM). Safely operate equipment and maintain logs in compliance with regulations.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience. Need to drive LCV in summers Must have solid knowledge of Highway 3. Night driving experience preferred. Clean driver's abstract an asset.
