We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Work BC to Alberta, and USA
- Team driver/Solo
- Load and unload materials or equipment onto the truck.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and functionality.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays encountered during deliveries.
-Operate trucks to transport freight between locations, ensuring timely delivery.
-Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
-Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. -
-Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
Requirements
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience in freight transportation and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
USA Visa is a Plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform minor automotive repairs.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
