We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. Must have US visa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining the integrity of the freight during transit.

Responsibilities

Operate and drive trucks to transport goods over various distances, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues on the road. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating heavy equipment. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on trucks. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail in maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
