Weir Construction has been in business since 1951. We have over 70 years working within Construction and Oilfield industries. Weir Construction Ltd is looking for multiple Frac Sand Drivers to join our new and innovative Sand Division working out of the Grande Prairie area.

We are seeking a team of dedicated and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight and heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of service.

What you bring

Minimum 5 years verifiable Canadian experience Decent clean drivers abstract Off road, mountain experience would be an asset Super B experience, must be 2 years Valid First Aid AB/BC, H2S Alive and CSO Commitment to safety and attend monthly safety meetings Ability to take directions from dispatcher and supervisors Familiarity with smart phones and apps Flexibility to work long hours Must be willing to spend nights away from home in the truck Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Positive team player attitude
