We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to regulations, and excellent driving skills. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the integrity of the freight. The employer will help in PNP support for candidates so the job is only for on payroll.

Duties

Operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License). Proficiency in operating forklifts and heavy equipment. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures. Excellent navigational skills and knowledge of local routes. Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Pay: $15.70-$25.00 per hour
