Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and equipment across various locations. Duties

Safely operate trucks for local or long-distance freight deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks, including automotive repairs when needed, to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with dispatchers to plan routes and schedules effectively. Assist in the operation of heavy equipment when required, supporting warehouse or construction activities as needed. Ensure proper handling of freight to prevent damage during transit or loading/unloading processes.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid driver's license suitable for operating heavy trucks. Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus, enabling troubleshooting minor vehicle issues on the road. Prior experience in logistics or transportation industries is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific company procedures.
