Solos pay ranges from $0.60 (0.57+0.3 cents bonus) after 6 months if no any violation or tickets.

Requirements:

2 years of OTR driving experience
No felonies / DUI in the past 5 years
No drug or alcohol violation in the past 10 years
Solos can get home weekly for 34 hour restart

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight operations effectively.

Duties

Operate trucks and other heavy vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by company policies and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Assist in the operation of forklifts for loading and unloading materials when necessary. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts. Basic automotive repair skills to address minor mechanical issues on the road. Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight schedules. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
