: Based in Antigonish with travel throughout Nova Scotia (occasional travel to New Brunswick and PEI is possible)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a Class 1 or Class 3 license who is eager to work in a dynamic construction environment. Experience with moving heavy equipment or a willingness to learn is a strong asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate trucks to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Safely load, secure, and unload equipment Assist with moving and operating heavy construction machinery when needed Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Support the team on site with general tasks as required Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Class 1 driver's license preferred (Class 3 will be considered) Experience with moving equipment is an asset Previous truck driving experience in a construction or related setting is an asset Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Experience operating heavy machinery is an asset (or a willingness to learn) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
