Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a clean driving record, and experience in warehouse operations. Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods to designated locations Load and unload cargo using forklifts and manual handling techniques, ensuring proper securing of loads Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries Assist with warehouse duties such as moving inventory and organizing shipments when not driving Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transit Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during deliveries

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Experience in commercial driving, heavy lifting, and warehouse operations preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely (training provided if necessary) Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly Prior experience in warehouse environments or logistics is a plus Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
