Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora Jewelry in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Drive sales through effective upselling and product recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings. Assist with inventory management and data entry tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish when necessary. Uphold the brand's standards of quality and presentation in the store. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Engage with customers through various channels including phone inquiries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus. Ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales results. Familiarity with data entry processes is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and preferences. A passion for jewelry and fashion is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
