About the Role

AtlantiCann Medical Inc. (AMI) is currently seeking a Trim & Harvester. This role will be responsible for accurately and efficiently completing the harvest, trimming and packaging of cannabis, while maintaining a contaminate-free workspace.

This role is eligible for incentives based on average amount trimmed on top of hourly rate.

Hours of Work:

Currently day shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Mon-Fri). Schedule may change as operations grow; reasonable notice will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to trim 120 grams per hour or more

De-fanning plants

Post-harvest breakdown and clean-up

Waste removal

Loading and unloading trays with plants

Clean and sanitize drying rooms and trim room

Scouting for imperfections

Tray and workstation sanitation

What You Bring

Must be 19+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to and from the facility Basic math skills Good verbal and written communication skills

Site Conditions & Physical Requirements

Comfortable with exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, odours, extreme temperatures, and water. Comfortable wearing full personal protective equipment while on the production floor. Have the physical ability to sit, squat, bend, lift, push, pull 35 pounds and kneel repetitively throughout a workday. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
