About the Role
We are looking for a
Treatment Coordinator
to join our growing team. This is an exciting, people-focused role that blends
sales, communication, and organization
. You'll be the first point of contact for new patients--helping them understand their treatment options, building relationships, and guiding them through the process of starting orthodontic care.
You
do not need prior orthodontic or dental experience
--we will provide full training. What's essential is a strong background in
sales or customer-facing roles
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make others feel comfortable and confident.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with new patients and leads to create an outstanding first impression
Present treatment options, review financial arrangements, and help patients begin orthodontic treatment
Follow up with potential patients to support case acceptance
Coordinate schedules and communicate with our clinical and administrative team
Manage patient records and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate approach in all interactions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in
sales

hospitality
, or
customer service
roles
Excellent
verbal and written communication

Strong
organization

abilities
A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor
Comfort with computers, email, and scheduling systems (training provided)
Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is an asset, but not required
