Position: Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Lotus Family Dental, a proud part of the Passion Dental Group. As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our patients and our clinical team, helping ensure every patient receives clear, timely, and supportive guidance regarding their treatment plans. Your ability to build trust and deliver a seamless front office experience will be vital to our success.

Specifics about the role:

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Wage range: $27.00 - $30.00

What you'll do:

Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner Present and explain treatment plans clearly, answering any patient questions Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize the clinic's schedule Process referrals and manage patient correspondence Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and next steps Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Collaborate with the front office team and support with administrative duties as needed

What you'll bring to the role:

Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, or similar healthcare setting is an asset Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (experience with dental software such as LiveDDM or Oryx) is an asset. Solid understanding of dental/medical terminology and procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
