What You'll Do:

Present treatment plans with clarity and compassion Follow up with insurance and help patients navigate their coverage Support implant, Invisalign, sedation, and general anaesthetic cases Work closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Treatment Coordinator (preferred) Dental Assistant background is a strong asset Familiarity with

Curve Software

and

Abeldent

(preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and patient relationship skills A positive, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset

Hours:

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Either Monday or Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (flexible)
