Compensation:
$3,000 - $5,000 per month
(Base pay + performance-based commission)
What You'll Do:
Calling patients
Clearly explain treatment recommendations and next steps
Prioritize booking hygiene and recall appointments
and follow up with overdue patients
Assist patients with scheduling, rebooking, and appointment coordination
Learn how to present treatment plans and answer basic insurance questions
Support patient flow at the front desk and help to ensure a full schedule
Maintain accurate notes and patient communication records
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has strong communication skills and enjoys speaking with people
Is
trainable
, open to coaching, and willing to learn patient management skills
Is comfortable guiding patients through decisions and next steps
Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Brings a positive, patient-focused attitude every day
No dental experience required -- but dental, office, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
