Our ideal candidate for this role is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys interacting with patients and team members! *****GREAT HOURS AND COMPETITIVE PAY***** Locations: 2450 Neyagawa Blvd, Oakville, ON -Dundas St. W. and Neyagawa Schedule - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:50 am- 5:00 pm Duties:
- Responds to a variety of inquiries via email and phone
- Gathers appropriate information from new patient calls
- Coordinate with insurance and answer inquiries as well as taking payments
- Consult with patients and parents
- Conduct patient follow-up calls and re-books
- Present financials and review contracts with new patients
- Prepare letters for doctors and obtain signatures
- Schedule patients
- Provide front office reception support
- Enter patients\'s contracts into the system
- Process monthly payments and follow up on patients accounts
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Dental Assistant Level II and NDAEB certification are an asset
- Employee assistance program
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Dental: 1 year (preferred)
- Orthodontics: 1 year (preferred)
