Our high-profile integrated services client based in central GTA has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Treasury Analyst to join their Treasury Department, Reporting to a Treasury Manager, responsibilities include,Cash Management & Analysis:\xc2\xb7 Monitor daily cash positions and projections across the organization to ensure efficient utilization of funds.\xc2\xb7 Implement cash concentration and disbursement strategies to optimize liquidity.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate banking services and fees to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Identify trends and irregularities in cash flows and report findings to management.\xc2\xb7 Develop reports and dashboards for senior management to aid in strategic planning.Financial Compliance:\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through meticulous reporting and analysis.\xc2\xb7 Prepare compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report on covenant compliance for financing agreements.\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.Risk Management:\xc2\xb7 Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and manage risks associated with financial institutions, particularly those providing critical financial services.\xc2\xb7 Utilize treasury management system to enhance risk analysis capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain risk management strategies and policies.\xc2\xb7 Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field\xc2\xb7 CTP or CFA designation preferred.\xc2\xb7 4+ years of relevant Treasury experience\xc2\xb7 Experience with Treasury Management Systems a plus\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) and Power BI\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.\xc2\xb7 Ability to probe and ask the right questions.\xc2\xb7 Experience creating detailed reports.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
