As a Treasury Analyst within Pomerleau's treasury team, you will be responsible for managing cash, credit facilities, and letters of credit, as well as managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks, among other duties. Analyzing project cash flows will also be at the core of your daily activities.

What You Will Do

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor various projects to manage cash flows and forecast the company's liquidity needs. Significant involvement in data analysis to optimize our cash conversion cycle and working capital.

Financial Analysis:

Develop various financial analyses related to our capital allocation policy, dividends, equipment fleet management, etc.

Letters of Credit:

Participate in the establishment and monitoring of letters of credit required for our projects.

Financial Expense Monitoring:

Ensure the tracking of financial expenses, including interest, commitment, letter of credit, and agency fees, etc.

Financial Ratio Analysis:

Participate in analyzing the impacts of different scenarios on financial ratios.

Financial Instruments:

Contribute to the implementation of various financial instruments related to interest rate and foreign exchange risk hedging strategies.

Quarter-End Tasks:

Participate in quarter-end tasks related to performance and financial information presentation. Assist in the preparation and validation of compliance certificates related to our credit facility.

Bank Account Management:

Manage the opening, closing, and compliance of bank accounts.

This role could be for you if you have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance option Minimum of 5 years of experience Bilingual (English/French) Analytical skills: Depth of analysis and good synthesis ability Good financial judgment and mastery of basic accounting concepts Team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMIC (asset), and SAP (asset)
