Reporting to the Controller, we are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative

Treasury Analyst

to join our Finance team. This role is critical to the Company's daily cash management, banking activities, and treasury operations. This individual will work closely with the Controller and liaise with multiple departments across the organization.



This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to reside in Edmonton, Alberta, and attend the office regularly each week as needed.

What You Will Do:






Post daily journal entries for deposits and disbursements across all Company bank accounts. Prepare daily cash management forecasts, including all anticipated receipts and disbursements. Process and enter weekly EFT and wire payments. Review and support weekly cheque runs. Prepare, file, and remit monthly sales tax returns for all Company sales tax accounts. Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations for all Company bank accounts. Update and maintain banking and EFT information for vendors and new employees. Provide guidance and support to other staff as required. Liaise with internal departments to support treasury and cash management activities. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Controller.



What You Will Bring:





A diploma in business or accounting or a bachelor's degree in business administration or intermediate level of experience in a Treasury Analyst or similar treasury-focused role. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. An ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
