Job Description
:Our client in Edmonton is looking for a highly skilled Treasury Analyst for a contract role. This position will involve managing treasury accounting, cash flow reporting, bank account activity, and oversight of accounts payable/receivable processes. If you have experience in real estate or property development and possess strong accounting and treasury management skills, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bank account activity and post entries to the General Ledger (G/L)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Handle bank deposits and assist with payables oversight
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Record daily journal entries and adjustments
- Forecast cash flow for development projects
- Oversee expenses and manage project budgets
- Use industry knowledge to support project payments and funding
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Relevant industry experience in real estate or property development
- Strong experience with SAP and Concur
- AP supervisory experience
- Strong decision making skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-LOOKUP)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Available to start immediately
