Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their Flight Tickets as per their needs, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a background in hospitality, and exceptional customer service abilities. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating memorable travel experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client interests. Book flights and other travel arrangements on behalf of clients. Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documentation. Assist with any changes or cancellations to bookings as needed. Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while traveling.

Skills

Strong sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and services. Background in hospitality to understand the nuances of customer service in the travel industry. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel planning process. Knowledge of hotel booking systems and travel reservation platforms is a plus. Attention to detail for accurate bookings and itineraries. Strong communication skills for clear interaction with clients and vendors. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00-$4,000.00 per month
