Experience
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Current RN licensure in the state of practice. Previous hospital experience in an acute care setting is preferred. Familiarity with case management processes and practices. Experience in pediatrics, home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings is a plus. Knowledge of dementia care and senior care best practices is desirable. Strong understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
