A Personal Support Worker (PSW) is an essential healthcare worker who provides assistance and care to clients in their homes, long-term care facilities, or hospitals. Some of the duties and responsibilities of a PSW in Canada may include: Assisting clients with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administering medication according to the client\'s prescribed medication schedule and documenting medication administration. Preparing and serving meals and snacks to clients according to their dietary needs and preferences.
