Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently registered member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
EXPERIENCE:
- Recent clinical experience (minimum 2 years) in the areas of:
- Medicine/Palliative Care Nursing or Emergency Dept
- Pre/Post-Surgical Nursing
- Recent/related educational programs
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- BCLS
- ACLS
- Specialized skills in Medical/Surgical Nursing
- Ability to plan, organize, and problem solve
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, with excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Meditech Information System and personal computer application
