Professional duties and responsibilities include:

[ ] Provide patient care

[ ] Administer medications and treatments accordingly

[ ] Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans

[ ] Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members

[ ] Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NS healthcare standards

[ ] Provide patient- family centered care.

[ ] Able to assess situation and make informed decisions by the use of critical thinking.

Qualifications and requirements

[ ] Diploma/Degree (RN) and proof of good standing with the College of Nurses.

[ ] Valid certifications required: PALS, TNCC, CTAS, BLS, ACLS.

[ ] Minimum of two years of recent experience in hospital setting.

[ ] Valid criminal and vulnerable record check within the past six months.

[ ] Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent manner.

[ ] Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

[ ] Able to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

[ ] Ability to prioritize care and demonstrate critical thinking

[ ] Updated resume and immunization records.
