Travel LPN

We are seeking skilled

Travel Nurses to join our compassionate team at Safe Umbrella Healthcare in British Columbia.

This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care while traveling to various healthcare facilities, ensuring that our mission of supporting those in need is fulfilled.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in various settings including home care, nursing homes, and hospitals. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness. Support patients with dementia, pediatrics, hospice, and senior care needs. Uphold safety standards and protocols in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Canada. Minimum of 6 months experience. Proven experience in nursing home or hospital settings. Strong knowledge of acute care practices and medication administration. Experience in dementia, hospice, or senior care preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is a plus.
