Job Summary:

We are looking for LPNs /RN to care for clients in Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, north to Lillooet, and the Sunshine Coast. We offer flexible hours to fit your schedule with overtime. Our services focus on community nursing and in-home care for private clients, providing one-on-one care.

Role Requirements:

Valid and Current LPN/RN License Experience and comfort in providing palliative care and wound care. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with other care providers, advisers, and family members. Understanding the importance of client care and the creation of clear, actionable care plans.
Responsibilities:

Execute the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer. Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including transfers, ambulation, and exercises Meet the safety needs of clients, using equipment safely and properly. Practice within the limits of your experience and knowledge, maintaining safety and competence. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers as needed. Travel between clients in a timely manner; must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle. Proficient in speaking and writing in English; other languages are an asset.

First Aid Certification (preferred) LPN/RN (preferred) Nursing (preferred) CPR Certification (preferred)

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
