We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for bilingual sales and customer service associates to join our Travel Insurance team! We currently have openings in our Sherbrooke, Quebec, office. Fully paid training: Selected candidates will be required to obtain an Accident and Sickness Licence such as the LLQP or RIBO licence. Candidates will receive targeted training to become licenced insurance professionals and launch their career in a resilient industry full of opportunity. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do here:

  • Work in a fast-paced customer service centre.
  • Quote and sell travel insurance to new clients.
  • Assist existing clients by offering insightful and helpful travel insurance advice and answering their questions.
  • Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations.
  • Use established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.
  • Obtain and maintain provincial licences.
What you bring to the table:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Unparalleled customer service.
  • Proven communication skills (oral and written).
  • Great ability to multi-task in an environment where attention to detail, analysis and problem solving are essential.
  • At ease to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule of days, evenings and Saturdays.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is mandatory, as you will be regularly working with clients from across the country.
  • Experience in the travel industry, an asset.
